Spyware Detector launched with many new features:

We released new Spyware Detector for better user experience with multi-language support, Dash Board showing spyware Scan statistics chart by threat level, Threat community with Heuristic reports, Restore point, notification for rootkit, smaller set up size and big improvement in the spyware detection with even faster, lighter scan engine. You have to install it yourself to believe it. We are further enhancing Spyware Detector and have several releases in the pipe line to be launched one after another once every bi-weekly time period. We want to give you a product which is quite cool for you but very hot for spyware.

Our multilingual customers demanded multi language support and we have added support for the following languages:

English German French Spanish Russian Japanese

Scan statistics is provided to help you review different types of spyware threats found on your pc since Spyware Detector installation:

Max Threat community is introduced to help customers help others by letting us be the first one to catch the infections on your PC which were not detected by our present database. We have noticed that 30% infections that we catch from users pc are all new infections and not caught by any other anti-virus or anti-spyware so far. It is a very useful tool where through automatic feedback mechanism, we can curb infections not only found in our labs but on real pcs, that is your pcs, before they spread out to others by quickly catching them and releasing a patch as soon as we get them, usually within 24 hours after a thorough automated testing and manual review.

By choosing to be a part of this community, you help us identify new and emerging threats. User is asked to participate in this effort at the time of installation. If later you change your mind, you can always choose not to select and turn this option off from Options> System settings>participate in threat community.

Restore point is created right at the time of installation of Spyware Detector so that you can restore your PC to this point in case you have any issue due to removal of any virus or spyware.

Scan engine is optimized to give you even faster scans and better quarantine capability so that most stubborn spyware can be quarantined on reboot of your pc.

We worked on a whopping number r Spyware and worms and added 519957 new threat definitions.
