I would like to thank you for all your
support. I've used a lot of different Spyware / Adware
products, but haven't seen any that compares to the
"High Quality" of your product. I'm so glad
I did some searching and found a great product such

I've tried several of the "so called
leading" malware, adware and spyware programs.
Spyware Detector eliminated far more than the rest and
I highly recommend this program to any and all. ---

I could not make it without Spyware
Detector. You are the best. I am not literate as far
as searching out registry, going into system files or
knowing any of that; so, Spyware Detector is a lifeline.

I have been running Spyware Detector for several
months now, and by and large am v. impressed, especially
by the frequency of updates, not just to the databases,
but updates to the detection engines, too. I scan my
system every 3 days, and usually find 2-4 non-cookie
threats each time. This is where I have a reservation
about your software. I am getting infected quite often,
but so far Max Shield has never issued any kind of alert
at the moment of infection. I have read reviews on the
net which also make this criticism. Any comments/news
of imminent upgrades that should address this ? If I
was informed immediately of an infection, I would quite
happily stop everything and remove the infection straight
away.

Please make sure that Max
Shield is turned on. When you right click on the system
tray icon of Spyware Detector ( blue magnifying glass
), then live monitoring and other items are checked
on. If you still have problem , please report the issue
to info@spywaredetector.net
to our tech support by clicking on the Export Log button
and they can definitely help.

I have wasted a lot of time and money on various
Spyware and Virus Protection Programs, as well as the
RAM I had to purchase to run these programs without
bringing my computer speed to a screeching halt. And,
it was all for nothing, because I ended up having to
completely wipe out my hard drive and start over! I
recently found your product, after several frustrating
restorations, due to "bugs" continually getting
past my "protection": I have to say that it
is THE BEST THING SINCE SLICED BREAD! I absolutely love
it, so far; it has caught and deleted everything I've
run across. And, it has NOT deleted things I need to
make all of my programs run correctly-a lot of other
Spyware and Virus Pro grams tend to eliminate files
you need, mistaking them for spyware; this one, seems
to have better recognition skills, than other products.
It is very easy to use and understand. EVERYONE NEEDS
TO TRY THIS PRODUCT-YOU WON'T REGRET IT.

I have just purchased my third subscription to
spyware detector...it is great...my new laptop has windows
vista home premium...it blocks detector each time i
start up...i removed spyware detector from startup and
run scans daily...however when i start my computer it
goes to your website to give me the tips on working
with vista...i want to know how to stop this.....thanks...

I know that word of mouth is the best advertising
you can get, but I do hope at some point that you become
better advertised and reported about. Two thirds of
my time used to be helping others with their sluggish
computers and bad websurfing habits. Since finding you
(it wasn't very easy and I was very hesitant because
of what Spybot said) I have purchased your products
for over 5 computers and two other people so I won't
hear from them again for the same problems. I recommend
you to everyone and use you myself, so now I can enjoy
my retirement from the complaint department. Thanks

Excellent product! I maintain 5 family PC's,
all now have SD and Registry cleaner, What a difference
they make! Our main PC was crippled and so slow with
internet infections. Numerous scans with Symantec Internet
security, windows Defender/ LiveOnecare did absolutely
nothing. I read reviews and discovered MaxSecure, put
faith and trust in your product and went for it. After
installation what followed was amazing, huge cleaning/removal
process - thousands of nasty items, again and again,
relentlessly, till all was clean! Now Pc's run like
new, I'd forgotten what it was like! The fat slow Norton/Defender/
liveonecare programs have all been removed (that alone
made a big increase in responsiveness !) I use AVG free
as antivirus, seems v good. Wonderful product, you will
make enemies out there.

No spyware program can hope to capture all infections,
and this one is no different it's all about percentages,
and on that basis spywaredetector is the best i've ever
come across. the name of the game is have more than
one program, i personally have three on my laptop and
between them i'm confident they capture everything whatever
group of programs you have i advise you to make spywaredetector
one of them!.

Spyware Detector & Max Registry Cleaner are
two of the finest software products I have ever used.
I am retired from over 40 years in the computer business,
so I have seen a lot. I have helped ten of my friends
load this software on their PC's, and I highly recommend
it. My son was going to throw out a perfectly good PC
because of all the problems it had. It is now clean
as a whistle after I had him use your products to remove
over 4,000 malicious items from it and now it is fine.

I cannot connect to updates.I've tried all the
suggested ways. If I can't connect today, I'm going
to contest the credit card purchase.
The live update feature is now working.
In someway,I believe, the difficulty stemmed from
Internet Explorer. It seems the entire XP Home Edition
operating system is very dependent on the IE settings.
I loosened up the settings in IE and Spyware Detector
seems to operating as it should. I have not been
impressed with Microsoft's operating system designs
as a user. That's my take as of now.

I just purchased Spywaredetector as my old one
is not stopping a spyware it catches called SillyDI
DJM. However, Spywaredetector is not recognizing it
at all. It is playing havoc with my searches and calling
up unwated pages. So I know it's for real. Anynews on
how to clean it?

Spybot Search &Destroy lists your product
as dangerous. Is this true and why is this happening?

and they say that they have found some false positives
in Scan. We have asked them for the list of false positives
so that we can verify the claim. But they have refused.
