These are programs which look like any legitimate program but usually download without users permission, entice users into buying them by showing fake results to improve users PC performance. They may also download spyware and other unwanted programs.

Description

Spyware Destroyer is a fake anti-spyware application that uses aggressive notifications to convince computer users to purchase a full version of Spyware Destroyer. It may come from a Trojan, such as zlob, downloaded from a malicious website or P2P network. Once Spyware Destroyer get install on the system it starts with the fake security scans, warnings and suggestions to purchase its ‘licensed version’.
If Spyware Destroyer is not removed, then it may continue to display annoying popup messages and potentially slow the performance of your system.
